Chocolate Martini
2 ounce Vanilla Vodka
1 ounce Creme de Cocoa
Dip the rim of the glass in powdered coco
Apple Martini
2 ounces Apple Pucker
1 ounce Vodka
1 dash Sweet & Sour Mix
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Slightly Dirty
2 ounces Ketel One Vodka
1/2 tsp. olive juice
A few drops of Vermouth spread around the inside of the glass before adding drink
The Martini Fundamentals:
1. Pre-chill gin, vodka, shaker, and glasses in
the refrigerator NOT the freezer. The freezer
will mask the taste of your quality spirit. Vermouth
should also be chilled in the refrigerator because
it can freeze.
2. Pour vodka (or gin) into shaker of cracked,
not pulverized, ice.
3. Allow gin to become familiar with ice.
4. Pour vermouth.
5. Shake until shaker is frosted.
6. You may choose to stir rather than shake your
drink, but we don't recommend it .
7. Casually introduce an olive. Without pimento
is preferred. |
